By shopping at LuxCouture, you agree to the following terms:
Shipping Policy:
The following shipping policy can change without notice and is subject to any and all local, state and national shipping policies in the United States. International shipping policies are also subject to the local shipping policies of buyer's country.
LuxCouture expressly maintains the right to ship purchases by any industry acceptable means. At present time, all orders are shipped via FedEx, United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service. and DHL Buyer understands that LuxCouture may choose other shipping methods as deemed appropriate without prior notification to Buyer.
International orders are subject to taxes and tariffs. Buyer expressly warrants that they are familiar with the shipping policies of the location for shipment and expressly agrees to pay any and all fees associated with the shipment. These fees may be charged to Buyer\\\\\\\'s credit card post-shipping.
Buyers expressly warrant that they have been advised by LuxCouture to buy insurance at time of purchase. If Buyer declines insurance, Buyer is expressly agreeing to take responsibility for the package. LuxCouture, its owners and agents are not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen during the shipping process. Buyer retains full responsibility and has any and all claims against shipping company and/or their agents and expressly waives any claims against LuxCouture and its owners and agents.
LuxCouture only ships to valid street addresses (no PO Boxes or Rural Route boxes, etc) and can only ship to the same address as the billing address of credit card used. A valid telephone number is required for every domestic and International order.
Return Policy and Warranties
LuxCouture makes no warranties express or implied regarding the designer handbags sold. LuxCouture is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by designers or their agents.
Buyer may return a purchase for any reason within 10 days from purchase. All returns must include a valid return authorization number provided in shipment. In order to meet this requirement the purchase must be received back to LuxCouture on or before the 7th day after the purchase has been made or the 5th day after purchase arrived at destination (whichever is later). No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds to credit cards will be made within 5 business days of receiving the return merchandise along with valid authorization number. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
All returns made after 10 days are eligible for store credit only and must include a valid return authorization number. Returns received by LuxCouture after the 10th day from purchase or 5th business day from date shipment received (whichever is late) will receive the store credit less 10% restocking fee and shipping fees.
Under no circumstances will LuxCouture accept returns more than 14 days from date of purchase.
The merchandise and the content of this site are provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis.
LuxCouture expressly maintains the right to void any sale for any reason and apply refund to Buyer. All special orders or sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE and can only be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase, less 10% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will LuxCouture accept returns of Sale or Special Order merchandise more than 14 days after purchase.
Returns of all international merchandise duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
LuxCouture does not sell, trade or disclose any information about our users, buyers and newsletter members to any third parties.
Disclaimer
LuxCouture is not responsible for inaccurate information posted on site. The sole recourse of buyer is to return the merchandise within the prescribed return period.
LuxCouture can void any sale for any reason including but not limited to: incorrect listing information, lack of inventory, vendor shipping delays, changes in shipping policies and any other reason.
LuxCouture expressly warrants that LuxCouture does not sell any replica merchandise and sells only the merchandise listed on site with informatin provided by designers and their agents.
