Returns and Refunds Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY - NOT APPLICABLE TO IN STORE PURCHASES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used or damaged

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number(RMN) from us

Product that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

Shoes and Handbags

Shoes are prone to scuff easily on hard surfaces, so please try on footwear on a carpeted surface.
We cannot accept scuffed shoes as a return as they are not saleable to the next customer.
Handbags are a final sale.
Any sale item that is a FINAL SALE is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Any items received after the 7 day return window will be issued a store credit only.
 

Jewelry

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for any item. If you need to exchange a defective item, you must contact staff@luxcouture.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods and return any such defective goods within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and with all LuxCouture tags attached and in unworn condition. 

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

 

Repairs

All merchandise is susceptible to normal wear and tear and may naturally change in appearance over time.
We cannot be held responsible for wear and tear. 

Web Policy

Items purchased online at www.luxcouture.com but returned in store are subject to all IN STORE policies including but not limited to the following:

All items purchased online MUST be returned within 7 days for store credit.

Jewelry, footwear and sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All original receipts must be attached and a web receipt must be present.

A Return Authorization will be given.

If a box is returned without a request, it will not be accepted .
