Returns and Exchanges

Clothing and accessories:

All purchased must be returned in their original condition (in unworn, new condition with original tags attached) within a 7 day period.

All in store purchases are subjected to our 3 day return for merchandise credit only.

Kindly email or call for a return authorization. No merchandise will be accepted as a return without contacting us first.

We will refund your money after the items are returned. We can only issue refunds to the card that was used to make the purchase. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible.

 

Shoes and Handbags:

Shoes are prone to scuff easily on hard surfaces, so please try on footwear on a carpeted surface.

We cannot accept scuffed shoes as a return as they are not saleable to the next customer.

Handbags are a final sale.

Any sale item that is a FINAL SALE is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Any items received after the 7 day return window will be issued a store credit only.

 

Jewelry:

All jewelry has to be shipped back to us with insurance in the event that the package should go lost. Thank you for your understanding.

All of our items are inspected before shipped, so in case you should receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.

For customers that are in store shoppers that live in MA, the return policy for the physical store remains for all web purchase which is store credit only.

 

Footwear and handbags in the physical store are final sale.

 

Any sales purchased online cannot be returned in store.
