It all started in the 1930s with a small shoe and repair shop in Breil-sur-Roya in the hinterland of Nice. Two decades later, Paul Sartore, the son, set up his own factory in 1959 with his wife Marcelle. Under the Sportsouple brand, it made its debut with a line of driving moccasins with white studded soles. Success smiles on the couple. Paul takes care of the creation. Marcelle from management.
